Puppy log!
Characters: Faolan and anyone else who wants to play
Open? Completely!
Where: All over Schwanheim and environs
When: The day and night of the 9th
What: As it's a full moon, it's puppy time!
Warnings:Puppy kisses for everyone!
Faolan had woken with plans to follow the expedition into the forest [it had worked so well during the beanstalk expedition, after all]. However, he woke with the urge to scratch his skin off, which reminded him that it was a full moon [not that he'd forgotten, really, he just wanted to play with everyone]. As this was a new place, he thought it would be best if people didn't see him change. This meant being in wolf form all day. Not really a problem, then.
A half-grown puppy may be found chasing squirrels and birds, running around town, rolling in the grass, chasing his own tail, sitting and looking at the bulletin board, or watching forlornly as Sif and co. leave for the forest. It is very simple to get his attention, and he'd love to play with all of you!

The expedition was set for noon, but of course Sif was there beforehand. She sat down in a clearing and unwrapped her breakfast: bread, cheese, and some fresh sausages. She was hoping to eat undisturbed.

Are those sausages he smells?
Whine, beg, whine.

“I would rather your mother not attempt to rip out my throat, young one.”
no subject
He inches closer, still whining and eying her sausages.
no subject
He really is very small.
“Are you the runt, perhaps?”

"Ah," he says. "Hello, then."

Faolan squirms and turns, his tail frantically swishing to see a favored person.
Hi Loki! Hi Loki!
Loki is treated to puppy kisses.

"So, little one," he murmurs, "would you like to run with me? I think I can manage a wolf's form, now, if it isn't for too long."
no subject
He perks up. Run with Loki? Loki can be a wolf? Hooray! Hooray!
no subject
He sets Faolan down, and he takes a breath. A smooth exhale, and when it is done, there is a dark-colored wolf by Faolan.

He'd even let his mind wander. His guard down. He hated this place. He did. But he couldn't deny that it was sort of peaceful. No bills to pay, no job to do, no Mr. Next Door...

He trotted over to peek from behind a tree. It was! It was the one who smelled like a toy!
Despite being too small to go for the antlers, Faolan made a spirited attack on JW's ankles.
no subject
The pup was not the same height as the horrible beast JW's mind had just conjured up.

orks...
or something.
"FOR FUCK'S SAKE!" James dropped his stick and reached behind him, aiming to grab great handfuls of the pup's fur.

JW 2 - Faolan 0
Re: JW 2 - Faolan 0
oh, hey, a baby animal
He decided to pause, just for a moment, to make sure the stupid thing wasn't some skin and bones stray. He crouched down, one hand held out.
"Hey, come here," he said, following the command up with a little whistle.
Oh, hey, someone who might give him food
Farewell, lunch
All your lunch is belong to me
But wait. Dog? Faolan a dog? His tail bristled. He picked up the ham and presented his bottom.
even the pickles?
My, wasn't that familiar.
....I guess you can keep the pickles.

Even though it's playing made it seem pleasant enough, Gretel wasn't about to get too close and she stood a few feet off from it before calling out. "Hey, shoo."
no subject
Well, she was young, and a lot could be forgiven of children [himself included].
He lowered his head and raised his rump and growled playfully at her.

He barked twice, wriggling.
