What: As it's a full moon, it's puppy time!

Faolan had woken with plans to follow the expedition into the forest [it had worked so well during the beanstalk expedition, after all]. However, he woke with the urge to scratch his skin off, which reminded him that it was a full moon [not that he'd forgotten, really, he just wanted to play with everyone]. As this was a new place, he thought it would be best if people didn't see him change. This meant being in wolf form all day. Not really a problem, then.


A half-grown puppy may be found chasing squirrels and birds, running around town, rolling in the grass, chasing his own tail, sitting and looking at the bulletin board, or watching forlornly as Sif and co. leave for the forest. It is very simple to get his attention, and he'd love to play with all of you!

Sif craned her head around, as if to check for an audience. Seeing none, she proceeded to pick the pup up and scratch at his stomach.

“This is a strange place indeed, if all the wildlife is as comfortable with people as—”

Ah. A thread of her conversation with Loki stood out, as she examined him closer. “The boy has wolf in him,” Loki said.

“Hello, Falon.”

Faolan's eyes opened a moment when he felt Sif pick him up, but closed again when she started to rub his belly. Oh, yes! Belly rubs for Faolan! His tail swished happily.

But how did she know his name? His eyes opened again, and his peered up at her, whining softly and batting at her with soft paws.

"Again, I do not speak wolf."

But -- countless years with Thor as a friend. She did speak puppy, for lack of a better comparison.

"Loki mentioned you had the wolf in you."

Loki? She knew Loki? That meant that she had to be good! Faolan stood up on her lap and gave her kisses.

...that was the first time in easily a thousand years that she’d seen anyone, save his family, so happy at the mention of Loki. She craned her head back, looking amused.

“You are a very unusual boy, Falon.”

That was good, right? Faolan's tail wagged and he gave Sif a wolfish smile.
