Cade's first orb transmission.

[Cade poses dramatically before his orb as it activates for the first time, rapier out and hat cocked just a bit to the side.]

Hello there, fellow heroes and heroines! The old man tells me I was brought here to save the world, and that this magic item is how I can speak with my fellow adventurers!
I am CADE MASTERS, ADVENTURER EXTRAORDINAIRE!!!! Villains the world over tremble at my name, from the ports of Lajuria to the northern reaches of Ustav-
...oh, right, you probably don't know what any of those places are. Well, anyways, just know that I am amazing. Now, I'm sure you are all very eager with questions and requests for autographs - it's so exciting to meet me and all that - but please try not to bombard me with all your communications at once!

You should, you horrid scoundrel. [Said as she laughs a little.] What will the townspeople think if they see their princess in a rustic old tavern?

Oh yes, it would be terrible to shock their sensibilities!

[Cade doesn't sound very sincere, and is grinning ear to ear.]

Well, just make sure you don't wear anything with sensibility-shocking properties on top of it!

My, my, a secret rendezvous... I suppose with such an invitation, I can hardly refuse.

[Cade chuckles.]

Come to room one at the Drunk Duck, and knock four times. I'll be waiting.

[And waiting he will be. Because Lavinia doesn't come right away. No, she takes her time finding a simple, but attractive dress, and a cloak to cover her dress. Then she enjoys the sights of the city, greeting townspeople as they wish her well.

She browses a jewelry store and picks up a new gold and ruby necklace for herself. She stops in a bookstore to see if there's anything interesting Giles might like. Above all, she takes her time because Lavinia does what she wants.]

[Cade isn't particularly bothered by the long wait; he lived with the Fey for over a year when he was a bit younger, and the frivolity of nymphs and dryads would make even Lavinia look uptight by comparison.

He straightens up his room, puts some of his more impressive treasures in conspicuous places to show off, and gets out his magic orb of iron bindings (just in case she's into that sort of thing).

He then takes his guitar and sits upon the sill of the large window to his room that overlooks the tavern's entrance, the warm sun beaming on his face. He starts to play, and will lose track of time until someone interrupts him.]

[And once her shopping is finished, she stops at a quaint little bakery to help herself to a pastry. Once she finishes eating, she heads back to the castle for a bit of rest and relaxation.

Sorry, Cade, but it takes more than a pretty face and big words to get her attention.]

Cade is a bit disappointed when it occurs to him that Lavinia isn't showing up, but he sure as hells isn't going to make it look like he's trying to pursue her.

"Her loss," he mutters to himself as he goes to put on some cologne and his hat. "And here I was going to treat her to the Uccatama Sambhōga Sukha...

Meh, I probably would've ended up pulling a muscle or something."

Cade checks himself out in the mirror, then heads down to the tavern to find some other lady to have fun with for the night.
