I have some questions about... [ a little gesture at the surrounding... everything. he means like. the whole champion thing!!?? and stuff ] this place, the whole set up. People are listening to this, right?

That's Naga—she's Korra's polar bear dog.

[ YES SIF, THAT IS KORRA'S MOUNT. SHE CAN BITE PEOPLE'S HEADS OFF AND STUFF. ]

[Sorry Mako, but you and your cheekbones are not nearly as interesting to this god. She waves at the girl and her mount.]

[korra places a foot on the rock behind mako and leans over, elbow on knee. korra's peering over mako's shoulder, naga's peering over korra's, and maybe some polar bear dog slobber is in there somewhere as well.]

How many people have you spoken with?

[ ew, naga, no thank you. mako turns to look at her and they nearly knock heads, not expecting her to be so close. he leans away just in time, though, and (felksjrffer personal space...) answers her ]

Only five. But I hear there's about twenty, total.

Fewer than I expected. The old guy made it sound like they were bringing in people left and right.

General stuff— how many people they grabbed as champions, where people are from, what... roles they gave out.
