Orb Post: 2nd of Rebirth's Decline

[Many might notice a rumble of thunder in the cloudy sky, and then a single crack of lightning, hitting somewhere outside of Schwanheim.

The very keen-eared might hear a roar, almost animal-like, along with it.

But there is no further commotion, and some time later, the Orb comes on to show a man that many will already recognize: Thor. He is holding a sword somewhat awkwardly, like it's been a while since he held one, and he seems, while not unfriendly, a little tense.]

Greetings, Heroes of Schwanheim. My name is Thor, son of Odin, and I require your eyes and ears.

I am looking for two things that I believe are in this realm. The first is a mighty warhammer that will not be lifted; the second, a dark-haired man that goes by the name Loki L... [He cannot say it. Not that other name.] That goes by Loki.

It is urgent that I find both as soon as possible. Has anyone seen them?

((The hammer, Mjolnir, is somewhere in the Two-Faced Forest, and Loki is Big Bad Wolf-ing it up, but feel free to clue him in to either!))

I'm not sure really. He seems pleasant enough but then he introduced himself in an odd way. We talk occasionally then he seemed to be challenging me to chase after him.

[Of course Eagle isn't trying to insult the man he is just confused by him and unsure just what to think of him. ]

I think he does prefer it here to home though. He has said as much.


It must be nice to have found out where he had gone, since he is your brother?

[The smile flickers on Thor's face. Loki said he preferred Schwanheim to Asgard? It should not sting, after everything else they've been through... But it does.]

I am... glad he has settled in so well here.

It seems I have not yet found out where he is, though. No one has seen him in a day or more.

I wonder if he has taken another trip then? He did once head away from the castle and was gone for some time.

Have you tried asking the villagers? Maybe he is staying in town instead of at the castle.

I shall ask in the town, then. It is important that I find him soon. [Even if Loki is a different Loki now... especially if Loki is a different Loki now.]

Yes. [It's the truth, if not all of it.] It's been a very long time since I saw my brother.
