[Rapunzel was shown on the orb, within her hand was the Glass of Far Sight, although she had yes to actually use it, or at least use it well enough to figure out how to exactly work it. Moving it up closer to her, she closed one eye, keeping the other open and trying to get a closer look.]

I think this might be broken. I tried using it to look at something and...it showed me someone asleep. That wasn't what I was trying to see.

[She moves it away from her face and goes and puts it in the shoes she never wears... at least they have some use now.]

Also, does anyone actually know what went on with the forest yesterday? I went there myself, but I still don't understand what happened.

[Judging from the Orb, Giles is still sitting at the edge of the Two Faced Forest. He doesn't appear in any immediate danger or distress. Whatever the hell went wrong last night seems to have passed...]

Sorry, I'm, um, I'm well aware that this might be common knowledge, but...what exactly is it supposed to do?

[Rapunzel had moved a distance away from the forest since the incident and right now...it tempted to just stay away.]

You mean what the stone in the shoe is meant to do?

It's something a nice man gave to me. He said it can show me places and people that I might want to see.

This nice man wasn't a peddler, by any chance, was he?

[[She pauses for a moment to think about that. What is a peddler? She's never met one before.]

I don't know. I've never met a peddler to know.

Haven't you? [It's surprising to Giles to hear, at first, but...well, thinking a little more on the situation, he has to admit that it's not so strange.]

Well, um, I suppose they aren't terribly common in my world, either. I've just, um, heard there's one wandering about that I'd very much like to speak with.

Really? I didn't think the battles were that.

[Then again, she really didn't do much herself.]

I felled a great beast.

[Grinning, she holds its head up to the orb. See, Rapunzel!?]

[She...really doesn't know what to think. That's kind of terrifying.]

What will you do with that now that you have it's head?

I believe that I will preserve it. It was not an easy kill to make.

Was this something you found in that dangerous forest?

I think so. The man didn't really explain much about how to use it.

This very nice old man, who seems to really like to travel.

I'm surprised he'd just give you something without showing you how to use it. What's it supposed to do?

Well, he told me what it did. he said if I wanted to see anywhere then I can.

Can I ask, what is scrying?

It's a sort of magic. You look into something and your Sight allows you to see someplace else.
