1st of Rebirth's Decline - Orb 2

[Rapunzel was shown on the orb, within her hand was the Glass of Far Sight, although she had yes to actually use it, or at least use it well enough to figure out how to exactly work it. Moving it up closer to her, she closed one eye, keeping the other open and trying to get a closer look.]

I think this might be broken. I tried using it to look at something and...it showed me someone asleep. That wasn't what I was trying to see.

[She moves it away from her face and goes and puts it in the shoes she never wears... at least they have some use now.]

Also, does anyone actually know what went on with the forest yesterday? I went there myself, but I still don't understand what happened.

[The background shows Sif riding towards the castle grounds – weary, but content.]

There was a mighty battle! The entirety of the forest cried out.

Really? I didn't think the battles were that.

[Then again, she really didn't do much herself.]

[brosif]

I felled a great beast.

[Grinning, she holds its head up to the orb. See, Rapunzel!?]

[She...really doesn't know what to think. That's kind of terrifying.]

What will you do with that now that you have it's head?

[brosif]

I believe that I will preserve it. It was not an easy kill to make.

Was this something you found in that dangerous forest?

[brosif]

It was something that found me, at any rate.

[trappedinatower]

Then you defended yourself. I guess that's not so bad.

[brosif]

[Not so bad? It was an excellent kill.]

Make no mistake, Lady. I was hunting.

Was you? But why?

[brosif]

Because there was game to hunt. The forest was over run, the townspeople afraid.

[trappedinatower]

[She looked down slightly, they were pretty scared weren't they?]

As long as no one was hurt.

[brosif]

[A frown.]

We are not yet sure of that.

[She has not heard from Thor in many days, and has no luck in searching for him.

And there are others whom she suspects would have been out there.]

[trappedinatower]

[She started to wonder if she could help any of them, but yet.. she can't let her be known by anyone in case they would use her. For now she'll keep quiet.]

I can help look for people, if that's okay?

[brosif]

Such help would be welcome. We do not yet have word on how many were injured last night. Or who may be trapped in the forest.

So will you know when you find out more?

[brosif]

Those two things tend to go hand in hand, yes.
