Characters: Anyone who's affected by the Sleeping Beauty curse, and all who would be bullied into come and try and wake them.

Where: The Castle
When: The 18th of Rebirth's Height
What: The towns folk in an attempt to be helpful, have hauled every unconscious spinner to the castle, had them magiced into a dress, and are now nagging Princes and anyone else, really, to come kiss them awake.

If there was one thing that the people of Schwanheim were good at: Recognizing repeated fairy tale themes and scurrying to take part in them. Once enough people had fallen prey to the roving spinning wheel that it was obvious what was going on, they had rushed around to find all the sleeping Princesses (for once you got your finger pricked by a spinning wheel and feel into a magical sleep, you were a Princess. At least until you woke up again.) and ferried them off to the castle to await their Princes. A little big of magic and whatever clothing they were wearing was either replaced or covered by a traditional princess gown. Hair brushes came out of nowhere to help pretty them all up until they looked positively perfect. All sleeping beauties. Yes, even the boys.

Bakura's shoulders slumped, hands slowly falling from his still blushing face. Still not making eye contact, mind....

"Sometimes I think the NPCs here have poor senses of humor..." he sighed, looking oh so defeated. At least Eagle wasn't about to think less of him for it... he hoped.

"I wonder if they really thought of it as a joke. they seems to take all of this 'role' stuff very seriously. I really don't understand their way of thinking at all."

Anyway Eagle would never look down on some one for something they had no way of controlling.

"But I'm supposed to be a White Mage..." Bakura protested, looking down at the dress with a near grimace.

"But you were sleeping because you pricked your finger on a spinning wheel. Doesn't that automatically make you into a Princess by their thinking?"

[shiromadoushi]

"...I guess so... Aaaa, I think I'm in for some bad luck if just falling for something like that is enough to make then decide you're not what you are!"

"Just don't fall for any more traps and I doubt you will wake up in a dress again."

Eagle slid bit of a good-natured tease in there as he stood up from Bakura's bed.

"Aaa-- I'll try not to..." Bakura rubbed the back of his neck, fresh embarrassment on his face.

He hesitated a moment before giving a faint smile. "and thank you..."

Being thanked for a kiss, when was the last time that had ever happened? The idea struck his a little odd but he decided to let Bakura off easy this time.

"Your welcome."

He was thanking him for the wake up, the kiss... well...

He wasn't quite sure anything about the kiss so, as was his way, he wasn't thinking about it.

Now how on Earth to get out of this dress..

"Aa! Lucky, it's just over my clothes!" he exclaimed in realization before beginning to try and figure out how to get out of the stupid wad of cloth. Maybe there was a zipper...

Well, of course he was. But it was more fun to interpret the thank you Eagle's way.

"The castle staff got you into the dress one of them should know how to get you back out of it again."

Eagle peered out of the doorway but those buggers really took off when they had run away like that. There was a one in sight in either direction.

"If I see anyone I could send them back here to help you out?"

"Aaah-- I think I'll take my chances solo..." Just his luck they'd get cranky at him wanting out of it and bully him into something even more princess like....

But, being awake now surely they wouldn't see him as a Princess any longer? Or maybe it takes a while for the idea to leave their minds?

"Alright then. I won't bother looking for anyone in that case. Goodbye Bakura."

It looked like the kid would be fine now so Eagle felt it was safe to leave.
