Please please, kiss kiss / Won't anyone come kiss me~
Characters: Anyone who's affected by the Sleeping Beauty curse, and all who would be bullied into come and try and wake them.
Open? Very
Where: The Castle
When: The 18th of Rebirth's Height
What: The towns folk in an attempt to be helpful, have hauled every unconscious spinner to the castle, had them magiced into a dress, and are now nagging Princes and anyone else, really, to come kiss them awake.
Warnings: Kissin'!
If there was one thing that the people of Schwanheim were good at: Recognizing repeated fairy tale themes and scurrying to take part in them. Once enough people had fallen prey to the roving spinning wheel that it was obvious what was going on, they had rushed around to find all the sleeping Princesses (for once you got your finger pricked by a spinning wheel and feel into a magical sleep, you were a Princess. At least until you woke up again.) and ferried them off to the castle to await their Princes. A little big of magic and whatever clothing they were wearing was either replaced or covered by a traditional princess gown. Hair brushes came out of nowhere to help pretty them all up until they looked positively perfect. All sleeping beauties. Yes, even the boys.
So what are you waiting for, heroes? Get kissin'!
[OoC: All sleepers, please make your own threads for the kissers to reply to!]

He made a very pretty princess, his white hair all brushed out so that it spilled around him almost like a cloud of soft white, barely held down by the delicate circlet. The blue and white dress he had been magiced into actually looked very nice on him as well. In fact, he'd have been utterly embarrassed to realize just how properly he looked like a princess in that get up.
As it was, he was blissfully unaware as he slept.

He was bullied as much as escorted to one of the rooms in which a beautiful young lady slept on a plush bed. Wait. Hadn't he met this person? How was he being considered a Princess? The whole role idea was still so very, very strange.
The waiting staff were quick to deny that there was anything wrong with this and hurriedly asked if he couldn't kiss the Princess and break the spell. After a bit of consideration there really didn't seem to be any harm in trying. A similar incident had caused Princess Tatra to wake from her sudden slumber.
Eagle sat on the edge of the bed as he wondered briefly what a cute guy like Bakura would think of this whole situation when he was awake again. Well, he would find out soon enough. Eagle leaned closer and gently caught Bakura's lips for a friendly kiss.

Slowly, his eyes opened, blue hazy with sleep. "Oniichan....?" he asked softly, not all together yet, still chasing that fragment of memory.

Eagle sat back on the bed giving Bakura some room to come back to himself. He still seemed to be lost in the haze of sleepiness.
"If that is the case I should really work on my technique."
no subject
Wait... "...a kiss?" He blinked a few more times.
no subject
A few members of the staff watching from the doorway nod in agreement.
"Do you remember if you anywhere near a spinning wheel?"
no subject
He rubbed under his eyes a moment, trying to pull himself together. "I think so... there was something familiar about it."
no subject
Bakura still seemed to be drifting.

Maybe the dream would be remembered or maybe it would be forgotten entirely one never really knew how these things would work out.
"As long as you feel better maybe I should allow you to change? I'm really not sure what good they thought the dress would do."
no subject
Blink blink.
Bakura looked down, eyes widening as he finally noticed what he'd been dressed in.
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeeh?! Wh-- why am I wearing this?!"
Well, he was awake now...
no subject
Those members of staff that had been watching the entire time now scattered when they were pointed at.
"It does look kind of cute but I really don't think you need it."
Bakura is cute without the dress? That is kind of the implication.

"I didn't really think so. I had never seen you dress like that before and the way the staff ran off like that... Clearly it had been their idea."
no subject
"Sometimes I think the NPCs here have poor senses of humor..." he sighed, looking oh so defeated. At least Eagle wasn't about to think less of him for it... he hoped.
no subject
Anyway Eagle would never look down on some one for something they had no way of controlling.

Eagle slid bit of a good-natured tease in there as he stood up from Bakura's bed.

He hesitated a moment before giving a faint smile. "and thank you..."
no subject
"Your welcome."
no subject
He wasn't quite sure anything about the kiss so, as was his way, he wasn't thinking about it.
Now how on Earth to get out of this dress..
"Aa! Lucky, it's just over my clothes!" he exclaimed in realization before beginning to try and figure out how to get out of the stupid wad of cloth. Maybe there was a zipper...
no subject
"The castle staff got you into the dress one of them should know how to get you back out of it again."
Eagle peered out of the doorway but those buggers really took off when they had run away like that. There was a one in sight in either direction.
"If I see anyone I could send them back here to help you out?"
no subject
no subject
"Alright then. I won't bother looking for anyone in that case. Goodbye Bakura."
It looked like the kid would be fine now so Eagle felt it was safe to leave.

She was one of the unfortunate ones, the ones that had also touched the wheel and fallen into a sleep. But, for now all that Flora could do was sleep, and hopefully dream of sweet dreams of her prince.
no subject
In her defense, she truly does not want to have kissed two strangers in a day. She finds herself missing Fandral -- he certainly would have taken such a quest upon himself with marked enthusiasm.
She clears her throat, looking around for any other prince that might ride gallantly in at the last moment complete the task.

"So... what's up?" Nikki casually asked with a smirk upon her face. "Looks like you've got quite the dilemma here."
no subject
If pressed, Sif would happily claim full responsibility for the lack of new bedding. It was only one night, and she needed to learn that resources here were not renewable. Even furniture.
"There is no moral dilemma. The woman is under a spell, and a dangerous one at that."
no subject
"Well then, your princely-ness," Nikki threw in a mock bow for good measure as she continued, "I await the kiss you're going to bestow upon this woman."

At the girl's emphasis, Sif raises an eyebrow.
"Would it be less interesting to you were she a man?"

Though her hesitation is rooted in having already kissed one princess today. It will be hard enough keeping that fact from the townspeople, let alone such a public display.
She sighs.
“But the hour wanes and that does not seem like a probable outcome.”

Leaning down, Sif kisses the woman's forehead, lightly. It worked for Sansa, it should work now.
