I don't think anyone ever found out. It may have been something that came from somewhere else as well, since it had it's own intelligence and poor personality. [[Some bitterness there.]]

You can accept that something like that can be alive, but not a book? Something made by someone like that, it has the tendency to take a life of its own.

I've never had a book talk to me.... and I don't think it's quite the same way here, since it was a spell made by a person, rather than an AI.
