RD 13, puppy log
WHO: Faolan and anyone else
WHAT: Doing puppy things
WHEN: Rebirth's Decline 13
WHERE: Around the town and fields
NOTES: none
WARNINGS: He will be adorable
It was once again the day of the Full Moon. While more people were aware that he was a wolf, Faolan was used to spending that day in wolf form. It was, in many ways, a welcome break.
He pawed his way out of the house to go about his normal routine, reading the bulletin board, running around the market, and chasing butterflies, rabbits, and squirrels.

"Fuck," he muttered, putting a hand on the wall of a nearby building to steady himself. He glanced back over to make sure he hadn't hurt the dog.

But wait! It was Sasuke! Sasuke would be sorry.
The puppy insinuated himself close to the boy, whining for attention.

"Hey, watch where you're going, okay?" he murmured. Somehow, the little thing's eyes looked familiar--bright and curious.

He whined. He HAD been looking where he was going! Faolan was a good boy!

Then he placed where he'd seen the eyes before.
He raised an eyebrow, aware that he would sound stupid if he was wrong. "Faolan? What happened to you?"

Hey, Ange wants to be informed here. But near her are more books, including some fairy tales.

"This one... is really... nice. I.. used.. to read... it.. when.... I was.. a kid." Ange said calmly to the puppy.
"Once upon... a time, there.. was a... little.. girl.. called Alice... and.. she.. had a very... curious... dream...."
It had been such a long time since she read this, so she did her best for him to enjoy the book as well.
"Would... you like.. to.. hear... what it.. was.. that... she dreamed.. about.. ?
Well... this was... the.. first... thing that... happened. A.. White Rabbit.. came.. running by... in a.. great hurry.. and.. just as... it passed.. Alice... it stopped.. and.. took... its watch... out of... its... pocket."
She was doing her best to read it ignoring her condition...

Now, tiny wolves reading the bulletin board, that one looked a bit more new. Once more a victim of his own curiosity, Stephane approached the reading puppy.
"Find anything interesting?"

Since she has knelt, he climbs all over her, tail wagging, and giving her puppy kisses. After a moment, he pulls away to drop down into a playful pose, behind wriggling.

"...oh. Hello." It's been a long few days, and so it takes a second for memory to give him the necessary kick. At which point he kneels down and offers his hand to sniff.

He laughs affectionately at the friendly response, rubbing Faolan behind the ears. Then Giles finds himself looking thoughtfully up at the moon, hanging fat and full in the sky.
"I must say, you're a good bit more docile than the last werewolf I used to know. Must come with being born into it, I suppose."

He looks up and barks, then wriggles to show he wants to play.

Giles, however, understands the bark well enough. He straightens up, casting about for something to throw. There are no stray twigs, but there is a tree just down the path, nestled between two houses. He beckons Faolan to follow as he walks over to break off a likely looking branch.
Then he waves it in front of Faolan's face, making sure he has the puppy's complete attention, before...
"Fetch!"
Away the stick goes, spinning off down the street.
