See Loki's horse, dappled and dark and very skittish, at the moment. He cuts a regal figure on her, straight-backed, strong; he handles her skittish movement with an easy hand. ]

[ Well! That makes things much more clearer. She may have even felt similarly had Moonsong been present. For a bit, anyway.

What would a person's scenario have to be such that he would rather remain in a strange land, though? Oh, she is curious, but she knows that it is inappropriate to ask. ]

His choice of words unsettle her. Ever poor at concealing her emotions, Olinda's gaze flickers to the side quickly, once; the corner of her lips quirks. ]

A slight, but also a truth. We do not even have each other's names.

Is that an excuse for my behavior? That we are strangers?

[ He had meant it ... well, possibly in terms of species. He is, after all, a different sort of creature than an Aesir.

But most of all, he had meant it as another slight.
