(no subject)

Characters: Thor + Loki + anyone else!
Open? Yes
Where: taking a short rest, more for his steed than anything else, somewhere North.
When: Day 10, noon. He's been riding almost as soon as he had woken on Day 9, night.
What: determined to find some sign of life in the realm he's now been thrust into, Thor is on the lookout for friend as well as foe...
Warnings: if threatened, things could escalate to violence, but he will not be the first to land a blow most likely - he's not here to make enemies.
---

Thor pauses, still in the raise of his hand to the mane of his horse. Eyes glancing sharply behind him at the sound he thought he had heard - "Who is there?"

His hand may have been on the hilt of his sword, but he would not draw first. Not unless he had to.. He takes a step forward, tilting his head as he looks into the thickets ahead...

"Speak. If you be not an enemy, I will not attack!"

The boy answered with a nod. "Now."

He wriggled, smiling eagerly up into Thor's face. "Play?"

"Faolan likes to play chase!" Faolan answered eagerly. "Can catch squirrels! Caught rabbits yesterday with Loki and Daddy!"

Faolan nodded happily. "Loki was a bird and Faolan chased! And caught!" He gave a little jump and mimed catching a bird and falling down.

Faolan continued to smile confidently up at Thor as he nodded. "Loki was unhappy, so Faolan pounced. Then Loki was a bird and we played chase. Faolan won!"
