I am not familiar with Midgard.

Oh. [Faolan considers] Doesn't matter here.

[ It does. If there are people from Midgard, it does.

Loki doesn't like ignorance. ]

Do you know the town, Faolan?

[He perks up and smiles] Have been here 3 days. Have explored! Good smells!

Is it just a keen sense of smell, or do you have another form?

[Oh right, most people don't smell the world. Faolan often forgets this.]

[The length of his almost desperate silence is probably enough of an answer]

And if you were to find a magpie, one with green eyes, would you be willing to show that magpie the town? The wild and the tamed alike.
