[ There’s the shuffling of papers and the opening and closing of books on his end of the transmission. Through the video there’s nothing but a desk with a heaping pile of books scattered about on it but the background is clearly defined as being a library. The voice that comes over the feed is one with a slight Romanian accent but otherwise nothing too strange or particular about it. ] There's so many books to go through. I think I'll be here for several days just reading! I do realize that there’s a lot of different worlds out there...I just never thought I'd make it to one that's so very...fantastical! It's almost like I'm in the book Sleeping Beauty or, or Jack and Beanstalk, Snow White too perhaps...

[ He sounds way too excited about this guys, but that's Helios for you. A pause as he hums and a figure walks by the feed. Helios will stop then and bend down to look into the orb a smile dotting his face as he does so. He also might be wearing a wizard hat that was provided for him. He's a derp, we know, so of course he has to try on the local garments! He's never worn a wizard hat before either! Perhaps when he gets back home he'll have to give it shot, huh? He takes it off and fiddles with it before putting it back on. Nothing strange about it or the robes he was given, which he hasn't put on yet thankfully. Yet being the keyword there. He'll clear his throat before continuing. ]

Now if that man was correct I assume there's a good deal more of you out there. I-I'd like to introduce myself! Helios Sprensonne it's a please to meet you! I-I'm sure we'll, um, have lots of things to discuss about this place. It's almost like Luceti in a way...a universal hub, hm. This place is definitely the same in that regards. We were all brought here through a means of a book, correct? A rather interesting choice it certainly adds that fairytale flavor to it, doesn’t it? [ A smile and chuckle on his end. ] But I do want to ask, if it's not too much trouble...

[ And here he’ll sit down at the desk with a smile. ] Ah. Where would the best place be to g-get an alternate room? I-I don't mind living in a castle, having one b-back home, but ah...I do think I might overstay my w-welcome in a few days. [ He also doesn't want to be a bother. ]

Aaa-- and I'm Bakura Ryou, sorry. Nice to meet you!

Ideas...oh, dear, I-I hope they're not bad ones at least. [ Though who knows. Being in Luceti for two years has made such statements sound ever so ominous to him. ]

Not harmful ones, thankfully. [[he just woke up to find himself stuffed in a dress is all.]]

And it hasn't been very long, less than a month, I think. [[As far as he can guess anyway. He only *remembered* about a weeks worth of it.]]

[ That gets a very deep sigh of relief. ] Well that's certainly a step up from my p-previous place of residence. Thankfully they aren't too annoyed with us. They seemed to have appreciated the fact that I am wearing this hat though.

[ His gaze will just tick up to said hat and he'll just give a wry smirk. His expression changes to one of understanding and he'll nod, acknowledging that answer. Just like Luceti then. ] I see. I wonder if there's any set cycle here to when people are brought in. [ Hm. ]

And un, they really do prefer it if you dress the part. [[a small laugh]] Though going without it helps to not be noticed quite so much. Especially if it's something that sticks out. [[Like slightly oversized white robes and a huge floppy hat]]

Yes. It was to the point where you could pinpoint exactly when new arrivals were to come in. Something of any every other month type of deal. Though that was only in Luceti, I'm not sure such things apply here. [ And here he'll shrug. ]

Playing the part, yes, I f-figure they would like that. [ Helios just laughs fiddling with his hand again as he takes it off to examine it. ]

Heeeeeh, that's actually pretty neat! This place... it seems that people show up at random, almost every day.

[[And he sees that hat]] Wizard? [[guessing with a grin]]

Oh you think so? [ In a way it was. In a way it wasn't. It was something to consider odd as being neat, given what Luceti presented to those who just arrived. Helios blinks and then laughs. ] Oh! Yes! It's nice of them to, ah, give us some sort of apparel that goes with our title.

[ Helios laughs again fiddling with the hat once more. ] It seems normal enough...

You get powers to match too for things like that, which is far nicer than just the clothing!

That's rather impressive. Giving people powers so easily like that. I-I suppose even people without powers or supernaturally inclined worlds get them too. [ Huh. That could either be very bad or very good depending on the person of course. ]

Yup! Back home, this sort of thing only existed in stories or games, but I'm a White Mage here, just like in Monster World. [[and oh man is he so happy about that]]

A white mage... [ Helios isn't familiar with the term, or well, he wouldn't be if it weren't for that stint with Dungeons and Dragons back in Luceti. ] You can heal people then?

Un! [[nods happily]] As well as other things.

What sorts of other things, if you don't mind my asking?

Aaa-- general support magic, really! At least I think, I'm still learning it again, but if it's like the game, which it should be, since it's the same outfit, things like shields, buffs and things like that.

The game? [ Helios has a faltering moment to think about that and then lets out an airy ah. ] Y-You mean like, like that dungeons and dragons game? Shields and healing...it sounds impressive. If you need some help practicing I, ah, wouldn't be opposed to helping you. Practice makes perfect after all!

[[the happiest face EVER]] Un, exactly like D&D! You know the game? [[From his tone, this is clearly a rare event. Poor lonely nerd]]

And I wouldn't mind the help! As long as you don't try and get hurt to have it be healed.

Ah just a little it's all a bit...blurry. I-I don't remember much of it to be honest. I wasn't really myself when, when I learned about it. [ Helios was from another world at the time. Actually he only thought he was from another world but, details. ]

Oh no! No one will get hurt. Just practice with magics.

That's still more than most people. A lot of them've never even heard of D&D, even the ones back in the City!

[[There's a slight pause and a blink. Wait, what? But he shakes it off]]
