WHEN Rebirth Height 17
WHAT Loki has returned D:
NOTES Let me know where you're tagging/whether he's in fox or human-ish form.
His wings tire, after a time, and he drops, lands on the ground and shifts, trotting the rest of the way.
He's in the town, noting the unusually high buildings, the long shadows, before he realizes that he never returned to human form. That he is a fox, dodging among alleys and winding through the streets.
He shifts in the shadow of a building, and his skin feels stretched tight, thin.
It takes him a long moment to remember how to walk.
And then he returns to his lodgings, empty, alone, hardly believing that it has been a bare handful of days since he left.
He does not look for Thor.

His skull throbbed.

He hesitated a moment. There should be something... something he felt like he should know how to do. What he had always done... But he couldn't remember what, just the feeling of something reaching out...
Without even realizing what he was doing, his left hand was reaching out, a faint pale glow of white healing energy forming around it, summoned by his want to help.

He would have taken advantage of this magic in a heartbeat. But his own weakness made him opposed to accepting any form of help.
"I have no injury," he said, soft.

Slowly, the glow faded, his hand falling back to his side. "S-- sorry..."

"Tell me what you know," he said, and he nodded toward the end of the alley. He wanted to make his way back to his lodgings.

The thought tires him, in part, and stirs him, in part. This place: a never-ending series of quests.
