Where: The tearoom, the libraries, the halls...all over Schwannheim castle and its immediate environs.
When: All day on the 10th of Rebirth's Height.
What: Having tea, doing some research, and meeting new people =3
Warnings: Should be safe, but Anya can be a hideous person. If anything comes up, I'll edit to warn here and on the thread.



After getting her new knives with Sif, Anya sets out to explore her new surroundings. She meets Tatra in the tearoom, pours through the oddly limited volumes in the library, and wanders cheerfully around the castle and the town.

She's curious about - well, everything, about the history of the kingdom and omg dragons really and what sorts of things are the 'heroes' supposed to do, but she's charming and gracious and delighted to listen to anyone willing to spend time with her, never prying too hard or peppering with too many questions.

Tatra took a long sip from her own cup, inhaling the fumes even as the warmth of the liquid filled her entire body. The flavor was strong, and caffeinated she knew. It should do a great deal to energize her guest and prepare her for whatever new challenges she would have to face today. She watched the bits of undissolved sugar swirl around in the bottom of the cup along with the concentrated remains of the tea leaves that had been nearly dissolved by the heat of the brew.

"I do hope you find yourself at home here," Tatra went on, placing the cup gingerly back on its porcelain plate. "The servants do their best in whatever way they can, however inconvenient it might be for us to be away from home."

Anya takes a long sip of her tea.

"Oh! That's really nice! It's so rich and flavorful." She isn't actually entirely sure she likes it yet, but it's very interesting, and she wants to keep trying it - though she probably would have said the same regardless.

"I always wanted to travel and have adventures," Anya admits, a little shyly. "This isn't exactly how I imagined it, but...that doesn't mean we can't make the best of the situation, right?"

Tatra giggles in delight at Anya's reaction to the tea. It's nice to know that such a simple thing could bring people comfort and joy.

"Life can give us unexpected opportunities," Tatra replies, thinking of her trip to Cephiro. They had left in search of conquest and found new friends and allies.

"You should make the best of the time you have."

"Yeah," Anya agrees, a little softer, a little wondering. "I guess sometimes it can."
