Now that I think on it, I really am rather fond of tea parties, after all.

((ooc: this is the start of the tea party I posted about 8] shortly NPCs will hear what Alice said, and within hours ALL OF THE CITY will wind up pretty much looking like Tim Burton's AiW with a splash of fairy tale added in. GOOD TIMES AMIRIGHT? The log will go up tonight/early tomorrow morning <3))
