What: Open pestering of NPCs! Just post your character, say in the title which NPC you're looking for, and that NPC will reply! Please note that Anya and Benu will be harder to find, but still can be accessed if you'd like. Also, if you want to pester an NPC that's not on the list, but has been mentioned somewhere, feel free to do so as well! Just not the witch, since she's getting her own post later.
