Helios shakes his head an action Giles will readily see. "We don't know that. W-We don't know what it can do. M-Mythical creatures have differing powers than others." He's not outright opposing the idea but Helios is still slowly stepping backwards from the steadily closing in Chimera. He couldn't forgive himself if Giles were to get hurt. And no, no Helios would never run not in a million years and even if Giles begged him to. He would stay and fight if he had to.

But looking around now there's not much else they can do. Nowhere else to run and Helios feels his stomach drop at that realization. Cornered. Nowhere to run. No this was not going to end up like the draft again. No. No. No. There was always another way. Always was there had to be.
